Reporting of Results

The reports provided by Venture normally include survey highlights emphasizing the major findings of the survey, recommendations (if requested by the client), a written overview of the sample, as well as a comprehensive written presentation of the survey questions and their responses. Findings are illustrated graphically in the report where appropriate, and summary data tables are included in the report to highlight significant findings. In addition, an appendix of tables is included, outlining the survey results for each question, including verbatim responses if applicable, as well as cross-tabulated results by various demographic categories as specified by the client. Venture's staff provide a full and clear presentation of the survey findings to assist in making the survey information of more immediate value and use to the client.

Venture delivers all its reports online in Adobe PDF, allowing clients to have full electronic access to their reports, including the ability to search for key words or specific findings in the report.

Venture also regularly, upon request, provides survey results in PowerPoint presentation format either instead of a full report or in addition. Typically these results are presented in an overview format and can be used for presenting the major findings of the research.
