State-of-the-art Call Centre

Venture has a fully computerized call centre and interview facility located in Victoria and uses a state-of-the art computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) system, capable of automatic dialling, voice capture, and multilingual interviewing when required.

The CATI system allows interviewers to enter data and open-ended responses into the computer while online with the respondent. This system, combined with an automatic check feature to ensure that skip patterns are handled effectively, minimizes the instance of error in data entry. Quotas, sample strata, time zones, and area codes are handled by the interview system. Venture currently has 40 stations for interviewing (our current space has been networked for up to 72 stations). Venture uses Voxco's multilingual interview software, and this, in combination with Venture's automatic diallers, greatly enhances the efficiency of each CATI station.

Clients are welcome to monitor the interviewing process (on-site or off-site), listen to the interviews, and evaluate whether or not questions are yielding the information expected.
